Executive Chef Nadia Ramsey has been working with the Méli-Mélo family since 2005. Along with her experienced staff, she provides diversified catering menus, and seamlessly coordinates everything from rentals to floral arrangements.

As a native of Belgium, Chef has an international palate and loves sharing her favorite cuisines from all over the world including European, Asian and Latin flavors. Our crêpe parties are always enjoyed by our clients who frequent Meli-Melo restaurant as we are able to bring the experience into their homes to share with loved ones.

Over the years Chef Nadia has participated as an ambassador Chef for the Greenwich Food and Wine Festival, and has helped endless clients host everything from cocktail parties to corporate catering events, luncheons to private dinner parties and everything in between.
